The training aims to strengthen participants’ ability to create more inclusive educational and workplace environments and to support diverse talent throughout the transition from education to employment.
The training combines an understanding of the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion with practical approaches to talent development and career progression. Participants will gain knowledge and skills that will help them attract, support, develop, and retain diverse talent in STEM fields and semiconductor-related sectors.
Through interactive learning, self-reflection, and real-world case studies, participants will develop skills in inclusive education and leadership, active allyship, and cross-sector collaboration.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion.
Workshop Facilitators
Prof. Kerstin Alfes is Professor of Organisation and Human Resource Management at ESCP Business School. Her research and teaching focus on strategic human resource management, neurodiversity, employee engagement, and new forms of work.
